• 500ml purified water
  • ¾ cup organic almonds
  • 2 Medjool dates
  • 5 cm piece Vanilla pod
  • Pinch of salt

Soak almonds overnight and rinse. Deseed Medjool dates and place in blender with almonds and water. Blend at high speed in a Vita mixer or similar.

Pour liquid into a nut bag and squeeze milk into a bowl. Add salt and scrape vanilla seeds from the pod into liquid. Add more water if too thick and store in cold part of refrigerator.
