A mixture of brown & white eggs

frangipani blossoms

stocking

3-4 tbsp white vinegar

2-3 tbsp turmeric powder

stainless steel pot

glass jars

 

Grind dried turmeric root or use turmeric powder and place  3-4 tablespoons in a pot full of water. Bring to a simmer and add eggs.  Bring to a boil for 8-10 minutes. Remove eggs and let cool in refrigerator. Place turmeric liquid in jars , add 1 tbsp vinegar to each jar and let cool.

When cool add eggs and store in refrigerator over night. remove eggs from jars and place on a paper towel.

 

Eggs with Blossom Design

Place frangipani blossom on egg and wrap a nylon stocking around egg. Pull nylon tight and clip. Add to pot of simmering water with other eggs.
