This addictive smoothie for one can

be made for breakfast or blended as

a snack.

 

Serves 1

Ingredients:

2 cups nut milk
2 tbsp roasted peanut butter
1 x small frozen banana
1/2 x tbsp Maca powder
1/2 tbsp Cacao powder
2 shots cold espresso

optional:
1/2 tbsp unsulphured organic black strap
molasses
crushed ice

One of the best combinations for smoothies- chocolate, coffee and peanut butter!
This smoothie covers the big three macro nutrients- fat, protein and carbohydrates. Maca and cacao provide extra mineral boosting power  such as magnesium and potassium.

 

Method:

Blend the smoothie ingredients in a high speed blender. Drizzle side of glass with molasses for licking potential.
