Ingredients:

180 ml kefir or goat milk

30g organic oats

130g mango

1/4 tsp cardamon powder

1/2 tsp grated ginger

1/2 tsp turmeric powder

 

A quick and easy breakfast with probiotic goodness- kefir and anti-inflammatory spices such as ginger and turmeric.

 

Method:

Soak oats overnight in kefir or milk and keep in refrigerator. Place half the oat mixture into a mason jar or bowl. Mash half the mango with spices and layer on top of oats. Place the remaining oats on top of mango layer and top with the rest of the mango cubes. Add grated ginger as garnish.
