Stock availability

If for any reason stock is not available you will be notified by email or at point of sale. When the stock arrives we will send it to your nominated address free of charge. We cannot always supply a full range of stock as this is subject to manufacturer’s availability and shipping time.


We cannot accept cancellations or errors made on orders made through the web site. If this is an issue please email us.

Privacy and Security

All personal data will be kept secure and any parties will not share personal information.


All web designs; logos, text, blogs and images are the property of Botanix health and are protected by copyright laws. Any use of materials is strictly prohibited.


We hope you will be delighted with your order.

The returns policy is for goods purchased on the website, over the phone or in the boutique.

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with the goods we are happy to offer a credit on the item within ten days of receipt of goods provided they are in the original condition, in the original and complete package, unopened, unused and in an undamaged condition. The condition of goods will be inspected when returned. If makeup has been marked or tampered with or sampled we cannot offer an exchange.

A Returns Authorization Number (RAN) will be issued for tracking and we will require proof of purchase. Please note we are a private enterprise and purchases must be made from our store in regards to credit for returns or return of faulty goods. . We do not handle returns from other websites.  Freight and handling costs for the returns are the responsibility of the purchaser.

Please do not return goods without an RAN number. It will not be processed as a return.

Faulty Items

If you have an item that appears to be faulty please email a description of the fault, photos if necessary, a record of purchase and a forwarding address.

If the item is faulty we will replace it and pay for freight charges. If it can’t be replaced or fixed we will refund the amount of the item on your credit card within 10 days of receipt.


We try to use recycled material when possible this may include plastic packing or shredded second hand packing material. Please make sure that small goods are not hidden in packing material when delivered.

Free shipping for orders with a total of $99.99 inclusive of GST under 5kg. Free shipping does not apply to express orders or articles that are bulky or fragile. Some products are for store pick up only and will be assigned the words ‘store pick up only’ in the product description section. Please email a request for a quote for ‘store pick up’ items if interested and we will send a quote for courier parcel service within Australia.

Our delivery charges are a flat rate of $8.50 standard post and must be under 5kg this applies to orders under the total value of $99.00 inclusive of GST. (Does not include freight).

Orders weighing over 5 kg, standard post will be charged 10.95 in freight.

We will process orders within 1-2 working days. Within Australia we estimate your delivery to be received within 3-7 days. This can take longer in remote or regional areas. We will accept any liability for any late deliveries.

Orders will be sent to the delivery address that you have submitted with your order. We cannot be held responsible for orders delivered outside doors or if delivery address was incorrect.

All orders must be signed for at the delivery address to be received unless stated otherwise when placing the order.

Christmas cut off dates:

Last orders for Western Australia are to be received by Friday 14, December 2018.

All other states are to be received by Wednesday 12th, December, 2018.
